1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "Merchant," "you," or "your") and Super Google Customer Reviews ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") regarding your use of the Super Google Customer Reviews application ("App" or "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of our App, including Shopify merchants and any individuals accessing the App through your Shopify store.
2. Description of Service
Super Google Customer Reviews is a Shopify application that enables merchants to:
- Collect Customer Reviews: Automatically prompt customers to participate in Google's Customer Reviews program
- Display Review Badges: Show Google Customer Reviews badges on your store
- Integrate with Google: Connect your Shopify store with Google Merchant Center for review collection
- Customize Experience: Configure language, delivery preferences, and opt-in styles
- Track Performance: Monitor usage statistics and review collection metrics
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
3.1 Shopify Store Requirement
To use our App, you must have an active Shopify store and valid Shopify merchant account in good standing.
3.2 Google Merchant Center
To fully utilize our service, you must have:
- A valid Google Merchant Center account
- Participation in Google's Customer Reviews program
- Compliance with Google's Customer Reviews policies and guidelines
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when configuring the App and to maintain the accuracy of such information.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use our App solely for:
- Legitimate business purposes in connection with your Shopify store
- Collecting authentic customer reviews through Google's official program
- Displaying review badges and information to potential customers
- Monitoring and analyzing your review collection performance
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Manipulate Reviews: Attempt to artificially inflate, manipulate, or fabricate customer reviews
- Violate Policies: Use the App in ways that violate Google's Customer Reviews policies or Shopify's terms
- Spam Customers: Excessively contact customers or send unsolicited communications
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our App
- Interfere with Service: Disrupt, overwhelm, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Misrepresent Service: Falsely represent the capabilities or purpose of our App
- Resell or Redistribute: Resell, license, or redistribute access to our App without written permission
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plan Options
We offer multiple subscription plans:
- Free Plan: $0/month - Up to 50 orders per month
- Basic Plan: $6.99/month - Up to 200 orders per month
- Professional Plan: $14.99/month - Unlimited orders
5.2 Billing and Payment
- Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Shopify's billing system
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
5.3 Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific usage limits based on the number of orders processed per month. Exceeding these limits may result in:
- Temporary suspension of review collection
- Requirement to upgrade to a higher plan
- Additional usage fees (with prior notification)
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- The App settings in your Shopify admin
- Uninstalling the App from your Shopify store
- Contacting our support team
6.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- Review collection will stop at the end of the paid period
- Historical data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
6.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available for monthly subscriptions. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for:
- Technical issues that prevent proper App functionality
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service unavailability for extended periods
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Rights
We retain all rights, title, and interest in:
- The Super Google Customer Reviews application and software
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding materials
- All proprietary technology and algorithms
- Documentation, guides, and support materials
7.2 Your Rights
You retain ownership of:
- Your store data and customer information
- Your store's branding and content
- Customer reviews collected through our service
7.3 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our App solely for your business purposes while your subscription is active.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Google Customer Reviews
Our App integrates with Google's Customer Reviews program. You acknowledge that:
- Google's terms and policies apply to the review collection service
- We are not responsible for changes to Google's policies or service availability
- Review data is subject to Google's data handling practices
- Google may modify or discontinue their service at any time
8.2 Shopify Platform
Our App operates on the Shopify platform and is subject to:
- Shopify's Partner Program terms and conditions
- Shopify's App Store policies and guidelines
- Changes in Shopify's API or platform capabilities
9. Data and Privacy
9.1 Data Collection
Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
9.3 Data Backup
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important business data. We recommend regular data exports and backups.

10. Service Availability and Support
10.1 Service Uptime
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
10.2 Support Services

- Basic Plan: Standard email support (48-hour response time)
- Professional Plan: Priority support (24-hour response time)
10.3 Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or enhance the App at any time to:
- Improve functionality and performance
- Ensure compatibility with platform changes
- Add new features and capabilities
- Address security vulnerabilities
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Disclaimer
Our App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Third-party actions or failures (including Google or Shopify)
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
11.3 Review Collection Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee:
- That customers will opt-in to provide reviews
- The quality, accuracy, or positivity of reviews received
- Specific increases in review volume or ratings
- Continued availability of Google's Customer Reviews program
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or data you provide through the App
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by cancelling your subscription or uninstalling the App.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- Your Shopify account is suspended or terminated
- You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Payment for your subscription fails or is disputed
- We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the App will cease immediately
- Review collection will stop
- Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
- Accrued payment obligations remain due
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Terms with a new effective date
- Notify you via email or through the App interface
- Provide at least 30 days notice for material changes
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
16.2 Binding Arbitration

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
17.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
17.4 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or internet service failures.
